All payments are due prior to class.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of class will not be refunded, with the exception of professional designation classes, where at least 1-week notice is required. 

No-Show Policy:
No-shows will be billed for any education class. Note: This may vary with different classes, depending on the arrangements with the instructor.

Professional Designation classes:
HBA members who have completed an NAHB Professional Designation course may retake that course as a “refresher” for a fee of $100. These registrants will NOT receive a copy of the course material.
